Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Terms of Service
Payment and Fees: All promotional activities will commence only upon receipt of full payment. Clients in India are subject to an additional 18% GST. A 100% advance payment is required as per the chosen plan. Note that the budget for paid campaigns is additional to the service fees.
Plan Updates: Service plans may be updated from time to time. Please refer to our website for the most current information.
Client Responsibilities: Video content must be provided by the client. In case of delays in receiving the required information, some services may not be delivered within the monthly timeframe, such as the total number of creative graphics or posts. The client is responsible for any such omissions.
Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for any technical issues arising from third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, e-commerce platforms, WhatsApp, etc., that you may use in conjunction with our services.
Quotations: Any proposed quotation is valid for a limited period as mentioned in the proposal. If no period is specified, the quotation is valid for one week by default.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing DIGITAL I, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with DIGITAL I’s Privacy Policy.
