To be eligible for a refund, Service cancillation and Refund requests must be made 30 days earlier, before starting of new month services.
We offer refunds, only for specific services and circumstances. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund is available on service charge only.
Refund is only applicable for registered users.
Certain services or products may not be eligible for refunds.
No refund will be provided for VPS / Dedicated Servers / Clusters / Addons / Licenses / Extra IP / Domain Names / Hosting Plans or the services purchased from third party.
No refund will be provided, on paid adverisement funds which is alreary used for your business or the services that have been partially or fully consumed or utilized.
You will not be eligible for refund, If you cancel your account/services and your payments continue to recur for any reason such as:
1. By fault of the credit card processor.
2. By fault of any other payment collection company/financial organisation/bank.
We are to be held free of liability for any overdraft fees that are issued by your financial institution.
No refund are made if plan/services cancle request was made personally with any staff of 'digital i' or it was done by unofficial way of communication channel.
The refund amount is calculated based on the plans completed/Consummed by you and not on the plans chosen by you.
The offer/scheme/discount is canceled when you cancel the services/plan and refund are made based on the current rate/price which are mentions on the website.
In case of cyber attack or any circumtances, if the campaign budget is consumed/used/exhausted/stuck on the third party paltforms likes Meta ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, X ads, snapchat ads etc. We are to be held free of liability.
