“Client,” “you,” and “your” mean the person using the website or accepting services. “DIGITAL I,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean the Company. “Parties” refers to both the Client and DIGITAL I.
Terms of service
Payments and campaign budgets
Promotional work starts after full payment. Indian clients are charged applicable GST, currently 18%. Plans require 100% advance payment, and paid-media budgets are separate from service fees.
Plan updates and quotations
Plans may change periodically, so the website should be checked for current details. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it, or for one week when no validity period is specified.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide required information and video or other source material on time. Delays may prevent delivery of all planned monthly posts, creatives, or related services, and DIGITAL I is not responsible for omissions caused by missing inputs.
Third-party platforms
DIGITAL I is not responsible for technical problems or policy decisions involving platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, WhatsApp, e-commerce providers, or other third parties.
Service discontinuation
- Monthly plans require at least two weeks’ notice.
- Quarterly and annual plans require at least one month’s notice.
Cookies

Intellectual property licence

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
